Scope and Contents The DeKalb Area Garden Club Records date from 1983 to 1999. These records consist of the club’s constitution and by-laws, agenda, membership lists, treasurer’s reports, a complete set of newsletters, newspaper clippings, as well as open house and annual flower show information.
